My equipment includes:
-Sandbag (Sklz brand, purchased on Amazon)
-Dumbbells (purchased at either Walmart or a used sporting equipment store)
-Couch or chair rather than a dip station (too darn poor!)

p.s. Just do what you can! You can just use your own body weight and achieve wonderful results and always feel free to modify any exercise to suite your abilities, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
