Day 1:HiitTabata #4
25 seconds work/5 seconds rest
Jump over the mat
Alternating toe touch w/ugi
Mountain climbers w/ugi
Weighted ab twists
Ski abs
Push-up + twist
Half burpees
Plank + toe touch

*This is a 4 minute workout but holy cow you will sweat!!


Day 2: HiitMax #10
40 squats
30 straight abs (feet elevated)
20 press-ups (elevated push-ups - feet on ball & hands on weights)
3 minutes skip/jump rope
40 split lunges
60 mountain climbs
20 press-up w/switch hands
3 minutes skip/jump rope
40 burpee + tuck jump
30 toe touches
20 monkey push-up + dive bombers


25/5 intervals - 3 rounds
Burpee + Reptile + In/Out + Push-up + Tuck jump
Press-up + 2 knees
2 Squat jumps + Tuck jump + Press-up
Squat + Burpee + Tuck jump


Day 4: HiitCore #6
30 sec. work / 10 sec. rest - 3 rounds
Suitcase crunches
Bicycle abs
Up and down + Push-up
Criss cross
Reverse curl
In/Out Right Arm & Left Leg
In/Out Left Arm & Right Leg
Arm & Leg Lift (Right)
Arm & Leg Lift (Left)


25/5 - 3 rounds
Basketball jumps (Right)
Basketball jumps (Left)
Wide squat pulse
Jump + Push-up square
